Sia appoints Niccolò Giardini and Pierre Antoine Merle as partners in Paris
Global consulting firm Sia has appointed two new partners in its Paris office: Niccolò Giardini and Pierre Antoine Merle.
Niccolò Giardini is a partner within the Banking practice, specializing in transformation programs for retail banks and specialized financial services organizations, including leasing and factoring companies.
A graduate of ESCP Business School, City St George’s, University of London and Università degli Studi di Torino, Giardini has spent over 15 years at Sia. He supports clients with navigating regulatory, operational and strategic challenges, large-scale transformation programs, and initiatives focused on operational excellence and performance improvement.
Pierre Antoine Merle is a partner in the Data & AI practice, leading engagements focused on risk modeling, artificial intelligence, and technological transformation for insurance and banking clients.
He has been with Sia for over 12 years, focusing on helping organizations leverage data-driven insights to strengthen risk management, improve decision-making, and unlock sustainable business value. Antoine is a graduate from L’Euro-Institut d’Actuariat Jean Dieudonné (EURIA) in France.
