Flint Global expands in Amsterdam and Brussels with Public Affairs practice of Considerati

Flint Global, a political and policy advisory firm with seven offices worldwide, has acquired the Public Affairs practice of Considerati.

The transaction sees a team of around 20 professionals based in Amsterdam and Brussels transition to Flint Global, strengthening its presence in Western Europe.

Founded in 2015, Flint Global has offices in London, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Melbourne. The consulting firm specialises in political and regulatory advisory work, helping businesses and investors navigate the intersection of regulation, policy, competition and politics across European and global markets.

Considerati is a Dutch consulting firm with two business lines: legal & compliance and public affairs – the latter launched in 2015, around seven years after Considerati was founded.

Considerati

Following completion of the deal, Considerati will continue under its existing brand, focusing on legal and compliance services in the fields of privacy, artificial intelligence and data regulation. “We are back where it all started in 2008,” noted Wagemans. “This marks a new phase for Considerati and will allow us to focus fully on advising our clients in an increasingly complex legal and technological landscape.”
