Dutch management consulting firm Arlande has strengthened its management team with Ingrid Staffhorst and Sander Notenboom.

With the appointments, Arlande is taking the next step in its growth journey. Over the past few years, the consulting firm has expanded to a team of around 90 professionals.

“We see strong opportunities to broaden our service offering and further strengthen our distinctive position in the market. Ingrid and Sander bring the experience, vision and leadership that can help us realise those ambitions,” said Bas Bouwman, Director and Founder of Coppa Group.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Arlande supports organisations with digital transformation, organisational change, project and programme management, and process optimisation. It primarily serves clients in the healthcare, education, public and aviation sectors. In 2024, the firm became part of Coppa Group, a collective of leading Dutch consultancies.

In her role as Director, Ingrid Staffhorst will focus on Arlande’s continued development, its service portfolio and its people. She brings more than 25 years of experience, having previously held senior leadership positions at Happy Horizon, Hely and Pon. She began her consulting career at Accenture, where she spent six years specialising in transformation and change management.

Staffhorst: “What attracted me to Arlande is its team of highly experienced professionals, its impressive track record of delivering meaningful transformation projects, and its strong relationships with organisations that create societal value. I see significant opportunities for further growth and collaboration.”

Sander Notenboom joins as Managing Partner of Consultancy, tasked with expanding the consulting practice. He previously held senior roles at Van Dam Datapartners and boutique consultancy Annalise, and was a partner at Sales Improvement Group. His expertise spans strategy, commercial growth, business development and organisational development.

Commenting on his appointment, Notenboom said: “As technological change continues to accelerate, organisations increasingly require integrated advisory support. From business and digital transformation to organisational agility, change management, operational improvement, digitalisation and portfolio management, Arlande helps clients cut through complexity, implement the right solutions and ensure lasting impact.”
