Corporate finance firm Nielen Schuman adds six professionals
Benelux-based corporate finance advisory firm Nielen Schuman has added six consultants to its teams in Amsterdam and Antwerp.
With a team of around 40 partners and consultants working from offices in Amsterdam and Brussels, Nielen Schuman is one of the Benelux’s larger consultancies dedicated to corporate finance services. In the past few months, six professionals have joined the firm’s ranks.
Rinze Verheijen joined the firm in Amsterdam as an Associate Director. He worked the past seven years for Dutch bank ING, mainly in the Leveraged Finance team, where he supported private equity investors with buy-out financing. Also in Amsterdam, Marieke van den Ham joined the consulting firm as a Legal and Projects Officer. She gained eight years of experience in commercial contracting and commercial litigation as an Attorney at Law at Arthur’s Legal.
Bart Rijksen has been appointed as an Associate. He brings four years of corporate finance and dealmaking experience at NIBC to the firm, across a broad range of transaction types and sectors.
The trio of Joep Houf, Ruurd Tjeerdema and Quentin Dumont de Chassart joined Nielen Schuman as Analysts.
The additions come shortly after Nielen Schuman promoted six of its team members – Oscar Crolla, Steven Stuyt, Joost Greijmans, Anouk van Dinteren, Joost Moelker and Ger Van Der Linden – to the next level, on the back of their strong performance in the past year.
In October 2019, Nielen Schuman added four members to its Amsterdam team.
