ARCH expands with bolt-on of Eurogroup Consulting Belgium

Belgian consultancy firm ARCH has acquired the Belgian arm of Eurogroup Consulting, adding a team of around twenty to its footprint.

Founded in 1998, ARCH helps its clients with strategy implementation, business transformation and change management services. The firm, based in Zaventem, close to Brussels, works for companies and public sector organisations. 

Eurogroup Consulting Belgium is a leading consulting firm in Belgium, and previously was part of Eurogroup Consulting, a Paris-headquartered pan-European firm. The Belgian arm specialises in managing business, IT and organisational transitions, with a focus on clients in banking, transport and utilities.

“This joining of forces will better allow us to serve our clients,” said Jan Van Laer and Bert Kuypers, partners at ARCH. “Our clients can now rely on even more people who understand what it means to lead businesses and organisations successfully through complex transitions and improve operational performance. Moreover, this acquisition facilitates clients in the French speaking Belgian market to work with ARCH.”

Van Dyck added that the two consultancies share a similar culture and approach on projects. “Our ‘The Art of Mobilisation’ is a very natural fit with the ‘Making Change Happen’ of ARCH,” he said. 

As part of the deal, ARCH will continue Eurogroup Consulting’s membership of Nextcontinent and become the Belgian representative of the global consulting network.
