Vitali Ryabtsev and Waldemar Herti join VINT Consult

Belarus-based VINT Consult has strengthened its team with Vitali Ryabtsev and Waldemar.

In its home country of Belarus, Vitali Ryabtsev bring more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry (Technobank, BSB-Bank) to the consultancy. Most recently, he held a leadership role at a bank, having previously held roles of increasing seniority across a range of functional areas including retail business, payment, small and medium business, treasury, IT and foreign exchange transactions. 

Now associated with VINT Consult, Ryabtsev will help the Minsk-headquartered consulting firm serve financial institutions and fintech clients. His focus will be on engagements spanning feasibility studies for new products/services, operating models business process improvement, digital transformation, IT vendor selection, asset liability management and change management.

Meanwhile, in Estonia, one of the international markets VINT Consult is active in, Waldemar Herti has affiliated with the team. Herti specialises in business-IT and digital topics, and has over a decade of business analysis, process automation and software development experience under his belt.

Most recently, he worked as a business intelligence analyst for a bank in Estonia, and before that, he took part in a large number of technology and consulting projects at banks, fintechs, and telecommunications companies. Companies he served include Deutsche Bank, Santander Bank, Altran and credit marketplace auxmoney. 

Earlier this year, VINT Consult, founded in 2011, agreed partnerships with firms in Estonia and Lithuania.
