Roland Berger MT: Stefan Schaible, Marcus Berret and Denis Depoux
Roland Berger’s 250 partners globally have elected a new management team. All three are well-known leaders of the management consulting firm, and have been elected for a four-year term.
Stefan Schaible is Global Managing Partner of Roland Berger, and also the head of Roland Berger Digital. In consulting, his functional focus is on digitalisation and large-scale business transformation. From an industry perspective, Schaible focused on projects in the public sector, financial services and infrastructure industry.
After studying Chemistry, Philosophy and Law at the University of Konstanz, Stefan Schaible joined Roland Berger in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. From 2004 on, he was in charge of the company's public sector consulting portfolio and head of the Civil Economics & Infrastructure practice. In 2014, he took on the role of CEO of Germany and Central Europe, and in also in 2014, he was appointed Deputy CEO alongside CEO Charles-Edouard Bouée.
Marcus Berret has been head of Roland Berger's global Automotive industry vertical since 2014. He also stands at the helm of the Industrial Products & Service and Operations practices – in both cases since 2017. He advises clients on a broad variety of topics ranging from the development and implementation of restructuring and optimisation projects through to technology strategies as well as product launch and aftermarket strategies.
After joining Roland Berger in 1997, he was elected partner in 2003. Previously, Marcus Berret was Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a role which he held until last month.
Denis Depoux is responsible for Roland Berger's Asia business and for the company's activities in Greater China. He supports clients with their strategy, business model, transformation and performance improvement challenges pertaining to energy transition, energy market liberalisation, and domestic and international development.
Depoux previously was part of Roland Berger's Supervisory Board – elected in September 2013, a role he held until last month.

Meanwhile, Roland Berger also appointed five members to its Supervisory Board. These are Laurent Benarousse, Managing Partner of Roland Berger's Casablanca office; Sascha Haghani. Managing Partner of Germany, Austria and Switzerland; Robert Henske, a partner in the firm’s Chemicals & Oil practice; Yvonne Ruf, a partner in Germany; and René Seyger, Managing Partner of the firm’s Middle East operation.
