Russian consultancy Mavericka joins Board's partner network
Russian consulting company Mavericka has been admitted into Board’s partner ranks.
The boutique Moscow-based consultancy is a specialist in business planning, financial management & reporting, analytics and financial system implementations. The company is led by founder Konstantin Tokarev and partners Petr Solomatin and Ilya Zhivov, two experienced consultants with a background at large international consulting firms.
Solomatin previously served among other KPMG, Accenture and BearingPoint, while Zhivov learned the tricks of the trade at EY and BDO before spending five years in industry at consumer goods company Kimberly-Clark. Meanwhile, founder Tokarev worked for Analplan prior to launching the consultancy. Together, the trio lead a team of around ten consultants and staff.
To meet growing demand for digitisation of financial management and decision-making processes, Mavericka has become a partner of Board International, adding to its existing relationship with Anaplan.
Board is a relatively large player in the market for financial planning software, with around 3,000 clients globally. The vendor provides customers with an all-in-one decision making platform that integrates business intelligence, performance management and advanced analytics.
For Board, the relationship expands its coverage in Russia and Eastern Europe. For Mavericka, the partnership provides it access to one of the industry’s “most powerful solutions,” said Tokarev, bolstering its client offerings.
“With this product in our portfolio we can now focus on even more complex and comprehensive business planning and analytics solutions. We believe that data-driven decision making and linking processes across business functions are the essential prerequisites for continuous growth and efficiency,” he said.
According to the chief executive, the first joint projects have already kicked off, including the implementation of Board at the Russia, Ukraine and CIS cluster of French multinational corporation Saint-Gobain. Locally, Mavericka is helping a Russian wholesale fashion company with the design and implementation of the system and the accompanying new way of working.
Ansgar Eickeler, General Manager of DACH, Benelux and Eastern Europe at Board, said that he is delighted to have inked a deal with the Russian consultancy. “Russia is a market with high potential, and as we always strive to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, we require experienced and trustworthy local partners. The team at Mavericka fits this profile.”
