BrazilProtiviti promotes three senior advisors in Amsterdam office
Global consulting firm Protiviti has promoted three of its senior consultants in its Amsterdam office to the next level.
Having been with firm for four years in the role of Director, Tjakko de Boer has been promoted to Managing Director. He has more than two decades of experience in the consulting industry, and specialises in information technology governance, security, technology risk management and privacy.
Prior to joining Protiviti, De Boer was a Director at ITegrity Risk Services and worked for Deloitte in its Risk Services division. Alongside his work at Protiviti, De Boer has contributed to various working groups and committees of ISACA and NOREA, and was the technical writer of two NOREA publications on IT Control best practices.
Promoted from Associate Director to Director are Marc Geleijn and Marcel Koers. Geleijn has been with the consultancy since 2006, and is an expert in risk, finance operations, control, internal audit and compliance. He has delivered projects across a range of sectors, including financial services, grocery retail, fashion retail, media and telcom.
Koers meanwhile has been with Protiviti since 2012, following previous experience gained at Accenture, Ordina and PwC. He is an experienced management consultant and IT auditor focused on technology, security, identity, business continuity and informational risk management.
Protiviti has been active in the Netherlands since 2006, and has in the intervening period established itself as one of the leading consultancies in the finance, risk, and governance domain. The firm is led nationally by Country Managing Director Anneke Wieling, who was part of the founding team fifteen years ago.
