L.E.K. Consulting appoints partners in Germany, France and UK
UK-headquartered management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has appointed four new partners across its European offices, as part of a global intake of eighteen into its partnership.
Jean-Guillaume Bayada

Jean-Guillaume Bayada is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Healthcare practice. He has more than ten years of experience advising boards and senior executive leadership of healthcare and medtech companies on the development of growth strategy, market access strategy and the implementation of transformation projects.
Bayada also provides transaction and post-merger support to corporates and private equity firms on both the buy- and sell-sides. Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, he worked for French strategy consultancy CMI Stratégies and Accenture in its consulting wing.
Michael Ringleb

Michael Ringleb is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials and Technology practices, working for clients including industrial equipment and services, packaging, energy and environment, software and IT infrastructure components.
Ringleb advises European and global clients on topics such as growth strategy development, commercial and financial diagnostics, organisational strategy and organisational agility. He also has significant experience in transaction support on both the buy- and sell-side.
Stephen Roper

Stephen Roper is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Healthcare practice. He focuses on the life sciences sector, with extensive experience in strategic and transaction-related assignments for pharma, biotech and diagnostics companies, as well as contract services providers and investors.
Roper advises clients on growth strategy, opportunity assessment, revenue forecasting and valuation, indication prioritisation, commercial due diligence and acquisition screening.
Rebecca Scottorn

Rebecca Scottorn is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials practice. She focuses mainly on clients in the building and construction, industrial technology and energy and environment sectors.
A leader of L.E.K. Consulting’s work on environmental, social and corporate governance and sustainability strategy development, she advises clients on taking a holistic, commercial approach to sustainability and making the right strategic choices to realise value creation.
Of the 18 new partners globally, 10 are based in the US, with the remaining three based in Asia (3 partners) and Australia (1 partner).
