Corporate Finance International appoints three Dutch partners
The Benelux wing of Corporate Finance International has appointed three new partners, lifting its regional partner team to eight.
Commenting on the promotions, Raoul Duysens, Managing Partner of Corporate Finance International, said that the M&A consultancy prides itself on the fact that all three new partners have been groomed internally. “They all started their careers at Corporate Finance International some time ago and are now giving substance to the expansion of our team.”
Globally, Corporate Finance International has around 250 employees across 20+ offices in 18 countries. The group specialises in mid-market deals, with deal sizes ranging from €20 million to €500 million. The Dutch practice operates from an office in Amsterdam and comprise a team of around 20 partners and consultants.
Pieter de Vries has been with the consulting firm since 2012 and specialises in Business Services and IT Services. His track record includes sell side and buy side transactions, advising both corporate clients as well as financial sponsors.
Martijn Liem joined Corporate Finance International in 2011, and is a partner in the Business Services and Industrial Services sector teams. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, related financing and valuation assignments.
Kevin Driesen started his career at Corporate Finance International. After a step at KPMG as Associate Director Corporate Finance and as Senior Manager M&A at Volkswagen Financial Services, he re-joined to the firm in 2018 and focuses on the Industrial Services sector.
Earlier this year another Dutch M&A boutique, Squarefield, also added three partners to its team.
