BrazilDrake Star welcomes BMW's former CFO Stefan Krause
Drake Star Partners has added a heavyweight to its network in Germany, welcoming former Deutsche Bank and BMW executive Stefan Krause.
Appointed a Senior Advisor, Stefan Krause will help Drake Star Partners’ investment bankers and merger & acquisition specialists as an advisor to all stages of the dealmaking cycle – from deal strategy and ideation through to due diligence, negotiations and closing.
Krause will chiefly support the Mobility practice of Drake Star Partners, which works with both established players as well as scale-ups and investors in the automotive and wider mobility landscape.

Krause will hold the role alongside his position of CFO of Levere Holdings Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC focused on mobility in Europe.
He brings extensive leadership and industry experience to the role. Previously, he was the co-founder of electrical vehicle Canoo (initially known as Evelozcity) and chef operational officer of Farraday Future, a US-Chinese manufacturer of electric vehicles that is planning to go pubic year. Before that, he was a chief financial officer at two global corporates, serving on both the Management Boards of Deutsche Bank and BMW.
