Jessica Weddle and Thibault Ducarme partner at Monitor Deloitte
Deloitte’s global strategy consulting subsidiary Monitor Deloitte has appointed two new partners in France.
Jessica Weddle has been with the firm since 2011, when she joined Monitor Group in the US. She transitioned to Monitor Deloitte in 2012 when Deloitte snapped up the strategic boutique. She relocated to the firm’s Paris office in 2017, and is currently a partner in the Life Sciences practice.
She specialises in strategy, market access and pricing, virtual health, organisation design, strategy execution and public-private partnerships, among others.
Thibault Ducarme has been with Monitor Deloitte his entre career, similarly joining the consulting firm when it still was operating as Monitor Group. Following a five year stint in the firm’s New York office, he returned to Paris late 2017 as a director, and has now been promoted to partner.
He supports clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology landscape with strategy, business model design, market access, risk management, public-private partnerships, and more.
In France, Monitor Deloitte has around 120 partners, consultants and staff. The firm is led by Stéphane Bazoche, a former McKinsey & Company consultant who has been with firm for nine years across two spells.
The appointments in Europe come shortly after Monitor Deloitte acquired a 20-strong firm in Australia.
