BrazilPMP Conseil launches an office in London, 5th worldwide
French management consultancy PMP Conseil has launched a new office in the United Kingdom, its fifth hub internationally.
Founded in 2003, PMP Conseil is a France-headquartered consulting firm that helps clients with strategy, organisation and transformation, as well as digital transformation and advanced analytics. Led by a privately-held partnership of 15 partners, PMP Conseil has around 150 consultants and staff working from offices in Paris, Brussels, Casablanca, Montreal, and now London.
“Over the last several years we have expanded from our Paris base to support clients across the world,” said Gilles Vaque, Global Managing Director of PMP Conseil. “London is clearly the hub for international telecom and technology investment. As such, we need to be here to support operators, financial institutions, infrastructure providers and the diverse players in the sector.”
Across its footprint, PMP Conseil serves clients in four major industry verticals: telecom, media and technology; transport and mobility; energy; and financial services. In the UK, the focus will initially be on telecom, media and technology – a sector wherein it already has an established track record in the region.
Over the past years, PMP Conseil has (using fly-in teams) advised UK-based telco, tower, data centre and fibre clients on major transformations and deals in countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Canada and South Africa. The firm’s local portfolio further includes several digital strategy and platformisation projects for clients.
Leading the new London office is Managing Director Ken Campbell, a 25-year veteran of the telecom sector. He previously served as the CEO and senior executive for operators like Vodafone, Ooredoo, Wind and Orange, and held a five-year stint in consulting during the early days of his career at Kearney.
He is joined by Reef Read, a Principal at the consultancy who has relocated from France to the UK, bringing a decade of experience in telecom, media and technology to the new operation.
