BrazilErik Berden joins Eden McCallum’s partnership in the Netherlands
Eden McCallum has welcomed a new partner in its Amsterdam office: Erik Berden.
Erik Berden brings more than fifteen years of experience in the consulting industry to Eden McCallum, a management consulting firm that delivers vetted teams of top-tier independent consultants at clients across sectors. Most of the consultants in the firm’s network have a background at the large strategic consultancies or the Big Four.
The past two years Berden was a partner at SparkOptimus, where he was responsible for clients in the consumer goods & retail sector, and the delivery of projects. Prior to that, he worked for Boston Consulting Group and Kearney (back then A.T. Kearney), where he focused on strategic engagements and transformations in the private equity and consumer goods & retail sectors.
In addition, Berden held commercial management roles at Lazada (now part of Alibaba) and Unilever.
At Eden McCallum, Berden will be working primarily with clients in the consumer goods, private equity and technology/digital segments. “I am thrilled to be part of the Eden McCallum team and look forward to leveraging my broad mix of consulting and industry experience to realize lasting impact for our clients.”

Eden McCallum has been active in the Netherlands since 2008. The Amsterdam office was founded and still is led by former McKinsey alumni Heleen Wachters and Marjon Wanders.
