Jean-Phillippe Grosmaitre and Claudio Molinaro join L.E.K. Consulting
L.E.K. Consulting has bolstered its partner team in France with two industry hires: Jean-Phillippe Grosmaitre and Claudio Molinaro.
Both new partners join the global strategy consulting firm from Deloitte, where they were partners in the Financial Advisory division, and become members of L.E.K. Consulting’s Organization & Performance practice.
Welcoming he duo to the French team, Paris office leader Maxime Julian said: “It is a great next step for L.E.K. Consulting in France to have Jean-Philippe and Claudio join us and drive growth in our Organization & Performance practice.”
Jean-Philippe Grosmaitre brings over 17 years consulting experience and 10 years in corporate management for private equity-owned and listed companies to the firm. Most recently at Deloitte, he Philippe was a lead Partner of M&A Operations, and before that, he worked with Alvarez & Marsal as a Director, at Chargeurs as M&A Director and Chief Restructuring Officer and CPI as Managing Director.
Grosmaitre’s experience includes merger & acquisition value creation, performance improvement and operational turnaround. He assists companies in sectors such as food & agribusiness, life sciences and pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace and business services, and private equity funds on sell/buy-side value creation assessment and portfolio improvement projects.
Claudio Molinaro brings 18 years of experience in consulting and industry roles to L.E.K. Consulting. Prior to serving Deloitte as a partner, he worked with FTI Consulting as a Managing Director in its Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice, with Schüco and ArcelorMittal. He started his career at L.E.K. Consulting.
Molinaro has led complex transformation and performance improvement projects for both large corporates and private equity portfolio companies in a variety of industry sectors, including building materials, metals, business services, chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturing. He specialises in operational due diligence, performance improvement, cost takeout and operational turnaround.
