BrazilAccenture continues sustainability acquisitions with akzente deal
Accenture has acquired German consultancy akzente, its third European sustainability and ESG-focused transaction in weeks.
In April, Accenture purchased Avieco in the United Kingdom (60 consultants), and Greenfish in Belgium, France and the Netherlands (270 professionals).
Now, the global consulting and technology giant has continued its buy-and-build campaign in the sustainability landscape with the bolt-on of akzente – a 60-strong consultancy with offices in Berlin and Munich.
Founded in 1993, akzente helps companies across a broad range of industries including automotive, financial services, energy and consumer goods build sustainability into the core of their businesses. The firm specialises in sustainability strategy, non-financial and ESG reporting, communications, and stakeholder management.
