OC&C Strategy Consultants appoints new partners in European offices
OC&C Strategy Consultants has promoted three Europe-based company members to partner.
The new partners – Jan Bergmann (Germany), Jean-Baptiste Brachet (France) and John Franklin (United Kingdom) – work across a variety of sectors including consumer goods, leisure, retail, media, entertainment and technology, and across both of OC&C Strategy Consultants’ key service areas: corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

Bergmann is a founding member of the Munich Office and is responsible for continuing to build the firm’s presence in the German market, delivering high-quality advice to German corporate and private equity clients, and key international accounts with a presence in the country.
Bergmann leads the Leisure & Hospitality practice across the DACH region, and serves European clients across retail, digital and a broader set of consumer-facing industries on growth strategies.
Jean-Baptiste Brachet
Office: Paris
Has been with OC&C since: 2020 (ex-Mars & Co and Advancy)
Brachet serves both corporate and private equity clients. He primarily specialises in the food & drink, beauty and nutrition segments, and contributes to work across the broader retail and leisure sectors, helping clients with their growth strategies, competitive differentiations and value chain optimisations.
John Franklin
Office: London
Has been with OC&C since: 2011
Franklin is a member of OC&C Strategy Consultants’ Retail & Leisure practice, with a focus on work in the domains of corporate growth, transformation and customer strategies. He also supports private equity due diligence engagements in the retail and leisure sectors, and execution of post-acquisition value creation plans.
