PSIK spotlights Poland’s leading M&A consultants for private equity deals

The Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK) has announced the finalists for its Nagrody PSIK Awards, which celebrate the country’s leading companies, investors, private equity houses, and consultants across the investment landscape.

Established in 2018, the Nagrody PSIK Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have demonstrated excellence in Poland’s private equity dealmaking market. In total, 13 categories are awarded, three of which are dedicated to advisory firms.

The Strategic & Commercial Adviser category recognises the role consultancies play in shaping M&A strategies in both the pre-deal and post-deal phases, as well as their expertise in conducting commercial due diligence. This year, the finalists are Bain & Company, EY-Parthenon, and OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Last year’s award was won by Bain & Company, which has claimed the title in every edition since the awards began, except in 2019 when Boston Consulting Group took the prize.

The second advisory category, Mergers & Acquisitions Adviser, recognises firms that support transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including financial advisory and transaction services. This year’s finalists are Deloitte, Gamut, PwC, and Trigon.

The Financial & Tax Adviser category is comprised of the Big Four firms: Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, KPMG, and PwC. This category focuses mainly on financial due diligence and tax due diligence services.

The finalists have been selected by an independent judging panel, with the winners to be announced at an awards gala on 22 June 2026.
