Capgemini Invent welcomes trio of vice presidents in Germany
Capgemini Invent has appointed three new Vice Presidents in its German business, welcoming Jan Lammers, Frank Arnold, and Thomas Neuer to its senior ranks.
A member of the Consumer Products & Retail practice, Jan Lammers brings close to two decades of experience to the firm – the management consulting wing of IT giant Capgemini.
Lammers specialises in topics including operations, procurement, supply chain management and advanced analytics. He joins Capgemini Invent from supply chain consultancy Höveler Holzmann, where he was a partner.
Commenting on his new role, Lammers said: “I'm excited to drive strategy development and the implementation of projects to leverage the opportunities of data and AI-based solutions for the current and future complex challenges in the consumer goods and retail sector.”
An expert in supply chain management, Frank Arnold is a leader in Capgemini Invent’s Supply Chain Transformation practice. He has over 25 years of experience in the domain, spanning strategic design and end-to-end planning to operational execution, transformation and performance management.
Arnold also has extensive experience with the digital side of supply chain management, including the implementation of SAP solutions.
Prior to Capgemini Invent, he worked for Camelot Management Consultants, a German-origin supply chain consultancy. “Supply chains are adaptive and vulnerable networks that require end-to-end orchestration. With Capgemini Invent, I see the potential to achieve this goal together with our clients,” said Arnold.
Thomas Neuer meanwhile is part of Capgemini Invent’s Insurance Innovation & Transformation practice. He previously worked as a management consultant for companies such as DXC Technology, Sopra Steria, Accenture and NTT Data, among others, with a focus on the insurance industry.
Neuer has over three decades of experience, and specialises in helping insurance groups deliver digital transformation objectives, adopt emerging technologies, and build collaborations with fintechs and insurtechs.
“I am excited to be part of the Capgemini Invent team to drive the next stage of digital transformation together with our clients, partners and a powerful team of insurance experts,” he said.
