L.E.K. Consulting adds Florian Kaiser and Kristin Graham to partnership
Global strategy consultancy firm L.E.K. Consulting has added two new partners to its European leadership team.
In Germany, Florian Kaiser has joined the firm’s Munich office. He brings 20 years of experience in strategy consulting to the firm, with a particular focus in building products & materials, as well as in-depth experience in the electrical, renewables and chemicals segments.
A member of the Building & Construction and Industrials practices, Kaiser’s main areas of advice include strategy, organisation, performance improvement, and marketing & sales.
Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, Kaiser was a partner in charge of the Building & Construction segment at German consultancy Wieselhuber & Partner, where he worked for over 15 years.

Meanwhile, in the United Kingdom, Kristin Graham has joined the leadership team of the London office. She joined from EY-Parthenon, where she latterly was a director focused on M&A strategy and deal advisory engagements in the retail and consumer markets.
Before that, Graham worked in M&A advisory business of KPMG and served Pragma Consulting, a British boutique specialised in commercial deal work. Earlier in her career, she worked in the financial sector and engaged in entrepreneurial endeavours in China and the United States.
Graham’s brings broad experience advising clients across the retail, consumer products, and travel and leisure sectors on M&A transaction and growth strategy engagements, including commercial due diligence, business planning, brand positioning, proposition development and new market entry.
