Pedro Carvalho and Tatiana Barsuk partner at EY-Parthenon
EY-Parthenon, the global strategy consulting subsidiary of EY, has promoted two company members in France to partner: Pedro Carvalho and Tatiana Barsuk.
Pedro Carvalho has been with EY-Parthenon since 2014, when he joined the firm through the acquisition of Greenwich Consulting. Carvalho had served the boutique firm for two years in its Paris office.
Over the past nine years at EY-Parthenon, Carvalho has developed into an expert in strategy, deals and value creation, with a focus on the telecom, media, technology, and infrastructure sectors. He advises both corporates as well as private equity funds.
Tatiana Barsuk has been with EY for over a dozen years. After starting her tenure at the firm with EY Consulting in London, in 2015 she transitioned to EY-Parthenon. Three years on, she relocated from London to the firm’s Paris office.
Barsuk specialises in strategy, transactions, post-merger integration, carve-outs & separation, and business transformation. She is a member of the telecom, media, technology and consumer goods practices.
In France, EY-Parthenon has 33 partners, according to a listing on the company’s website.
EY-Parthenon was formed in 2014 when EY acquired The Parthenon Group. The deal came in response to PwC acquiring Booz & Company (few months earlier), and Deloitte snapping up Monitor Group (one year earlier).
