Olaf Schatteman joins ERM as global practice leader
Global sustainability consultancy ERM has appointed Olaf Schatteman as Global Leader of its Sustainable Products and Supply Chain practice.
Based out of ERM’s office in Milan, Olaf Schatteman has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain strategy, operations management, sustainable products development, sourcing, procurement and strategic transformation, working across a wide range of industries.
On his new role, Schatteman said: “I am excited to join ERM to lead a team of experts dedicated to helping organizations to tackle complex product and supply chain sustainability challenges.”
Schatteman joins ERM from Bain & Company where he led its Performance Improvement practice in Australia and New Zealand, helping clients to transform their operations to deliver better customer experiences and boost revenues while enhancing their environmental and societal impact.
Before that, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the firm’s supply chain, operations and sustainability services across Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East & Turkey.
