BrazilAprico Consultants joins digital transformation group Yuma
Belgian IT consultancy firm Aprico Consultants has joined Yuma, a Benelux-focused digital transformation group with now over 650 staff.
Zaventem-based Aprico Consultants becomes the fifth digital consultancy to become part of Yuma, the other four joined forces as founding partners in the summer of 2023.

Since its founding in 1998, Aprico Consultants has grown into a leading IT consultancy firm in Belgium with around 250 staff. The firm specialises in three lines of business: digital transformation, digital lean, and agile delivery. Aprico Consultants also has an own software development house, which operates under the Freedom of Dev brand.

European ambitions
Backed by private equity firm M80 (majority shareholder), Yuma has the ambition to become one of “the leading players” in Europe’s digital transformation market.
With the firm currently commanding a strong presence in the Netherlands and Belgium, and with small teams active in two other countries, more buy-and-build deals can be expected to follow in 2024 and beyond.
