Delaware wins Global SAP Pinnacle Award for BTC capabilities

Global ERP company SAP has unveiled the winners of its 2024 SAP Pinnacle Awards, with Delaware among the companies lauded for their excellence.

Organised every year, the SAP Pinnacle Awards shine the lights on SAP’s top-performing partners in the area of customer value and client satisfaction. Out of an ecosystem of over 500 partners, winners are chosen in around 20 categories, based on customer feedback and recommendations.

The award for outstanding customer value creation with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) was won by Delaware, a long-standing SAP partner headquartered in the Benelux.

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a platform that brings together four technology portfolios: database and data management, application development and integration, analytics, and intelligent technologies. The platform offers organisations the tools to turn data into business value, and compose end-to-end business processes.

Over the past year, Delaware has helped countless organisations implement and enhance their SAP BTC environment. “This award confirms the quality that we deliver, as well as the innovation we bring to the market,” said Eric Hiernaux, Managing Director of Delaware International. “We are very proud that our effort to help our customers reach their full potential with SAP BTC is recognised.”

Hiernaux said that the consulting firm continues to invest in its BTP offerings. “Over the past year, Delaware intensified its initiatives by rolling out a large-scale certification program to upskill its consultants and engage in collaborative innovation with SAP across various new BTP services, including the incorporation of Gen AI into the software development lifecycle.”

Other winners of SAP Pinnacle Awards 2024 include Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, HCLTech, and NTT Data.

The Pinnacle Awards are one of four major award competitions hosted by SAP annually, the others being Partner Excellence Awards, Innovation Awards, and Global LoB Partner Excellence Awards.

Delaware has bagged multiple SAP awards since its inception in 2003, including the SAP Global Platinum Reseller Award (part of the Partner Excellence Awards) last year, and four previous SAP Pinnacle Awards.
