Bettina Würfel leads Turner & Townsend in Germany and Austria

International project management consultancy Turner & Townsend has appointed Bettina Würfel as the new leader of its business in Germany and Austria.

A 20+ year company member, Bettina Würfel has been with Turner & Townsend since 2003, during this time climbing the ranks to hold several leadership roles. Prior to her step up to regional boss, she led Turner & Townsend’s Munich office for the last six years.

In her new role, she will lead the teams in Germany and Austria, and be responsible for the region’s strategic direction, operations, client management, and practice development. Würfel will also oversee the forthcoming integration of CBRE’s project management business into Turner & Townsend.

With our expertise, we can significantly contribute to improving the performance of construction projects while professionalising their delivery.”

Turner & Townsend is a company specialised in the delivery of programmes and projects in the built environment. The firm currently has 12,000 people in 50 countries, 350 of which are based in Germany and Austria. After the integration with CBRE’s projects arm, the company’s headcount will hit 20,000 employees in 60 countries.

Stefan Reimoser, who was at the helm of Turner & Townsend in Germany and Austria for the past 12 years, remains with the company and has moved on to an international business development role.
