Brazildss+ kicks off 2025 with three top leadership appointments
Global operations consulting firm dss+ has kicked off 2025 with three appointments in its top decision-making bodies.
The 7-member Board of Directors is the top decision-making organ of dss+, operating in tandem with the Executive Leadership Team (10 members) on providing strategic direction and operational oversight to the company and its 1,500+ employees.
A company veteran (since 2002), Srinivasan Ramabhadran already was a member of the Executive Leadership Team in the role of Managing Director. He now sees his role elevated to also include responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors. In his new role, Ramabhadran will focus on global growth initiatives aligned to the organisation’s strategy.
During his 22-year career at dss+, Ramabhadran built the consulting team across Asia Pacific and held senior roles such as Market Leader for India and ASEAN, and Global Practice Leader for Operations Risk Management.
Meanwhile, the Italians Marco Pagnini and Cedric Parentelli have been appointed in the Executive Leadership Team, which comprises the CxO’s, functional leaders, and regional bosses.
Marco Pagnini has been appointed as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), tasked with driving the firm’s regional strategy and expanding its focus on industry growth and practice diversification.
Having joined dss+ a decade ago, previously serving Accenture and Arthur D. Little. Little among others, Pagnini has been instrumental in delivering projects to clients across the energy, mining & metals, chemicals and manufacturing industries in the EMEA region. In recent years, he served as the Global Leader of the Mining & Metals industry practice and as Global Industry Director.
Cedric Parentelli meanwhile has been appointed as Managing Director for Asia Pacific, a key growth region for dss+. He began his career at the consulting firm nine years ago, leading the Western, Central Europe and North Africa (WCENA) region, expanding his responsibilities in 2020 to lead the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Earlier in his career, Parentelli worked for EY and Celerant Consulting, among others.
