dss+ named one of Switzerland’s ‘Best Managed Companies’ for 3rd consecutive year
For the third consecutive year, dss+ has been named one of Switzerland’s ‘Best Managed Companies’, recognising the consultancy’s excellence in management, leadership and business performance.
The Best Managed Companies programme celebrates outstanding private companies that demonstrate excellence across strategy, innovation, governance, culture and financial performance. Established by Deloitte in 1993, the programme has grown into one of the world’s most respected business awards of its kind and is now active in more than 40 countries across Europe, the Americas and Oceania.
In Switzerland, the local programme is delivered in collaboration with EFG Private Banking, SIX Group, the Zurich Chamber of Commerce and WillisHenry.
Following its inaugural recognition in the 2024 edition, dss+ has successfully retained its position among Switzerland’s leading privately held companies for two consecutive years. “Winning once is an achievement. Being recognised three years in a row reflects the consistency of our people, the strength of our culture and the trust our clients place in us every day,” says Davide Vassallo, CEO of dss+.

In its jury report, Deloitte highlighted dss+’s strong growth trajectory in recent years. When the consultancy received its first ‘Best Managed Companies’ recognition, it employed around 1,500 professionals. Since then, a combination of organic growth and inorganic expansion has increased the firm’s workforce by approximately 25%.
The jury also praised dss+ for the strength of its management approach, highlighting leadership that extends beyond financial performance. The firm places people at the centre of its culture, with a strong focus on employee engagement, while its broader social mission is centred on helping organisations create a safer, more sustainable future and improving lives through measurable outcomes for clients.
