Inverto caps 25 years and kicks off next growth phase with new brand identity

International consulting firm Inverto has launched a revamped brand identity, coinciding with its 25th year of existence and underpinning its next phase of growth.
Launched in 2000, in Germany, Inverto is a Germany-headquartered consulting firm dedicated to supply chain and procurement services. The firm was acquired by strategy consultancy Boston Consulting Group in 2017, and has since then more than quadrupled in size. Today, Inverto has more than 600 experts across 17 offices in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Daniel Weise, CEO of Inverto, said that the new branding comes in response to its growth, and internationalisation over the past years. “Our new look is more than just a logo refresh. As we expand into new regions, it is important to create a consistent identity that resonates with both customers and potential employees around the world.”
The company’s new brand places more focus on the firm’s global focus and close connection to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – the logo has the tagline ‘A BCG company’. “The new brand takes our DNA into the future and represents the promise to continue to provide the best possible support for our customers’ success,” said Laura McCracken, Global Marketing Director of Inverto.
Designed to perform across digital and analog channels, the new brand leverages bright and bold colors to energize and inspire. A new element of the identity is the ‘O’, which according to McCracken symbolizes key parts of Inverto’s DNA: unity, togetherness, and strength. “The ‘O’ represents the synergy between Inverto and our clients, Inverto as a part of BCG, and the connection to our employees.”
Weise added that the refreshed identity will also provide a boost to the company’s employer branding efforts, which are key as Inverto sets out for further growth. “The new brand is emblematic of our values and value proposition. Our employees are the decisive factor for success, and we therefore always aim to offer talented people the opportunity to realize their ambitions.”
Growth ambition
With supply chains and procurement services in high demand, and the financial backing of Boston Consulting Group, Inverto is keen on continuing its growth trajectory in the coming years. “Further office openings are planned for 2025,” said Weise, adding that “ambitious growth targets” have been set for the coming years, without disclosing more details.
Asked about the company’s competitive edge in the consulting sector, Weise said: “At Inverto, we not only support companies with strategies that create long-term competitive advantages, but also very specifically in their implementation. We find the right balance between cost focus, risk minimization, innovative ability, quality standards and sustainability.”
“The ability to offer customers end-to-end solutions, combined with specialized knowledge, our own supplier and price databases and access to the Boston Consulting Group ecosystem, is a decisive competitive advantage.”
