Patrick Heurich, Peter Sattler and Dennis Schmidt new partners at Horváth

International consulting firm Horváth has admitted three new members to its partnership: Patrick Heurich, Peter Sattler and Dennis Schmidt.

Patrick Heurich (41) has been promoted to partner and appointed as Head of the Performance Improvement, Restructuring & Transactions business unit. He is based in Frankfurt.

Heurich helps clients implement transformation projects and specializes in performance optimization and restructuring, particularly in the private equity and M&A environments. He has been with Horváth for over a decade, across two spells, and worked from its offices in Germany and the Middle East. He previously also worked for Roland Berger.

Peter Sattler (40) is an expert in sustainability and serves as Co-Head of the group-wide initiative ‘Sustainability & Green Transformation’. Based out of Vienna, he is locally responsible for the Sustainability, Chemicals, and Energy business units, overseeing projects with corporates and mid-sized businesses at the intersection of organisation, sustainability, strategy, and finance.

Sattler joined Horváth in 2010, after completing his master’s degree with a focus on corporate management and controlling at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Dennis Schmidt (35) is an expert in operational controlling. He has over the years played a key role in the expansion of the Management Accounting and Operational Control business unit, which he leads since this month. His project focus is on holistic (ERP) transformation and the commercial optimization of project and service businesses.

Before joining Horváth in 2019, Schmidt worked in the finance department of the international automotive supplier LEONI, including in various controlling functions.

Founded in 1981, Horváth is one of the larger German-origin management consultancy firms, with 1,400 employees across locations in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Over the past three years, the firm managed to grow its business by around 30%.
