BrazilEight International adds McGrathNicol and DH Advisory to its network
Eight International, a global advisory network, has bolstered its presence outside of Europe with the addition of new members in Australia and the Middle East.
Formed in 2016 by France-headquartered Eight Advisory, Eight International is an international network of consultancies that specialise in transactions, restructuring and transformation. The network currently has more than 3,500 professionals from around 30 countries – and with the bolt-ons of McGrathNicol and DH Advisory that number will rise further with around 400 staff.
More importantly, Australia and the Middle East are both new regions for Eight International, enabling the network to expand its coverage in line with its goal to become a truly global network.

McGrathNicol is a specialist advisory and restructuring firm with over 370 staff and 55 partners across six offices in Australia and New Zealand. The firm works for both public and private sector clients on topics such as risk, mergers & acquisitions, cyber, forensic investigations, and restructuring.

DH Advisory is a Dubai-based consultancy focused on mergers & acquisitions. The boutique has a team of professionals who previously held senior roles at Big Four firms – combined they have completed over 500 transactions on a regional and international level.
