Eight Advisory promotes Joris Peers to partner in Brussels

European consulting firm Eight Advisory has promoted Brussels-based Joris Peers to partner.

Joris Peers joined Eight Advisory late 2022, where he is a member of the Transactions practice. With over 12 years of experience in financial and M&A advisory, Peers supports private equity and corporate clients on midsize to large transactions across sectors such as software, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and industrial products.

Commenting on his promotion, Peers said that he looks forward to his new mandate and the responsibilities that come with being a partner. “I look forward to further building out the team together. For me, this next chapter at Eight Advisory is an exciting opportunity to continue developing our Transaction Services practice in the Benelux region.”

The Transaction Services practice focuses on a range of M&A services including due diligence (financial and vendor), independent business reviews, carve-out review, vendor assistance, and strategic option analysis.

Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Peers worked for seven years at PwC and two years at KPMG.
