Marek Strawiński joins XtraAdvice as partner

XtraAdvice, a boutique consultancy firm focused on the professional services industry, has strengthened its senior team with Marek Stawinski.

Appointed a partner, Marek Strawiński will provide counsel to XtraAdvice’s clients in the Eastern Europe and Middle East markets. Originally from Poland and the Founder and CEO of Warsaw-based NaviParking, Stawinski has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, investor and professional.

Established by Strawiński in 2015, NaviParking is a payments solution for consumers, operating across Poland. For businesses, Naviparking offers the possibility to manage parking space sharing, enabling them to make more efficient use of spaces and increase revenues. This enterprise solution is used by hotels, real estate agents, and business parks.

Beyond the Polish market, Strawiński is leading NaviParking’s growth in the Middle East, where the company is supporting governments and e-mobility hubs with parking optimisation solutions.

Earlier in his career, Strawiński served as the Chief Technology Officer at a company in the food sector and spent over a dozen years at Liberty Global. He also held the role of Chief IT Architect at Dutch bank ABN Amro.

At XtraAdvice, Strawiński will support leaders / partners of professional service firms with advancing their organisation, people, business development, marketing, and propositions. Strawiński specialises in topics such as growth, investment strategies, business development, and corporate development.
