NIIT Learning Systems expands DACH business with MST Group deal

NIIT Learning Systems has completed the acquisition of Germany-based MST Group, a leader in learning services in the DACH region. The deal was closed for around €22 million.

With clients around the world, NIIT Learning Systems is one of the globe’s larger providers of learning & development services. Established in 1981, the company offers managed learning, consulting and technology services focused on learning, talent, skills development, and workforce transformation.

Founded in 2009, MST Group employs over 100 people across Germany and Hungary. The bolt-on of MST Group will enable NIIT Learning Systems to expand its presence in Europe and its footprint in the automotive and industrial market segments. Moreover, the addition of Hungary as a nearshore capability centre for Western Europe will help the company grow its onsite, multilingual services to its clients in the region.

The combined organisation will operate with over 2,500 learning professionals and more than 700 consultants across 32 countries, and a global network of over 5,500 learning providers and partners.
