Expertum expands SAP offering into HCM following Persolis acquisition

Belgian SAP consulting firm Expertum has expanded its footprint in its home base with the acquisition of Persolis.

Founded in 2006, Persolis is an SAP consulting firm specializing in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The firm, which is based in Brabant-Walloon, serves both local midsized and large companies as well as multinational corporations.

With the acquisition of Persolis, Expertum adds depth to its own SAP offerings, especially in the area of human capital management (HCM). Headquartered in Brussels, Expertum works as an advisory and implementation partner across most SAP domains, including in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP BTP.

In the HCM space, Expertum up until now had relatively thin coverage. “With this step, we are taking a big leap forward realizing our ambition to cover the complete SAP portfolio,” said Bert Vanstechelman, CEO of Expertum. “The partnership with Persolis allows us to further extend our services in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.”

Expertum is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Croatia. The Persolis team will join its Belgian arm.
