Kearney appoints three new partners in Germany and Switzerland

Kearney has appointed three new partners in the DACH region, strengthening its leadership team in Germany and Switzerland.

Effective July 1st, Felix Spangenberg, Philip Wessely, and Michael Hess have been promoted to partner at Kearney, after long-standing careers with the global strategy and management consulting firm.

Felix Spangenberg supports automotive manufacturers and suppliers with topics such as product portfolio strategies, new product development, target operating models, performance improvement, reducing time to market, and introducing new technologies – including innovative drive technologies and autonomous driving.

Philip Wessely advises companies in the manufacturing sector on operations, value chain, production and transformation. He specializes in redesigning and optimizing international manufacturing structures and in implementing holistic supply chain transformation programs. Wessely is responsible for Kearney’s Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Europe.

Michael Hess is an expert in the energy industry. He advises clients on the development of business strategies and supports them in their ongoing transformation efforts – the focus of his work is on the customer and how energy suppliers can adapt to new customer demands and the flexible energy markets of the future.
