Proactive Management Consulting signs strategic alliance with Indian firm

Hungary-based Proactive Management Consulting has signed a strategic alliance with Universal Consulting, a renowned counterpart in India.

Established in 2002, Proactive Management Consulting is boutique consulting firm from Budapest specialising in strategic and management consulting services. The firm supports Hungary-based companies with topics such as strategy development, market growth, international expansion, merger integration, and capital raising, as well as foreign companies and investors with entry into the local market.

Founder and Managing Director Tibor Héjj is a long-time management consultant – he previously led the Hungarian business of both Boston Consulting Group and Kearney.

Through its alliance with Universal Consulting, Proactive Management Consulting will boost its ability to advise local and regional clients with expansion into India. “Together, we will combine our competences to design and implement India market entry strategies for Central European companies, and help Central European companies already present in India accelerate their growth,” the firm stated in a LinkedIn post.
