XtraAdvice appoints Karolina Stawinska as partner
XtraAdvice, a boutique consultancy focused on the professional services industry, has strengthened its senior team with the hire of Karolina Stawinska.
Appointed a partner, Stawinska brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding to the firm. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture at Uplink, and prior to that she supported several scale-ups in their growth journeys across talent and human capital.
She also has extensive expertise in designing and delivering talent-focused initiatives. Highlights include shaping Boston Consulting Group’s V60 programme – which convened 60 visionary women leaders from across the Middle East to catalyse joint impact – and driving the talent strategy for a UN-led hackathon that united leaders, innovators, developers, and Fortune 500 companies to co-create solutions for global challenges.
Over the course of her career, Stawinska has worked and travelled across 60 countries, gaining additional expertise in brand communications and storytelling. She has helped curate narratives presented on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including the European Parliament, the New York Stock Exchange, the World Trade Center, and the United Nations.
At XtraAdvice, Stawinska will contribute to the delivery of world-class events for clients and play a role in strengthening the firm’s Executive Search practice.
With a network of partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, XtraAdvice operates globally as a boutique consultancy specialising in supporting professional services firms with organisational development, people and talent strategies, business development, marketing, and value propositions. Stawinska becomes the firm’s 20th partner.
“We are delighted to welcome Karolina to our team,” said Stef Oud, Partner at XtraAdvice and a former Partner at Kearney and Deloitte. “She brings a truly global perspective to the firm and will help us expand our mission of strengthening professional services organisations around the world.”
