Turner & Townsend appoints Remco Kroeze as Managing Director for Benelux
Turner & Townsend has appointed Remco Kroeze as Managing Director for the Benelux. He succeeds Luke Bartolo, who held the position for more than nine years.
Remco Kroeze brings over 25 years of experience to his new role. Most recently, he served on the management team of Turner & Townsend as Chief Operations Officer. Prior to that, he spent eighteen years at CBRE, where he held several senior leadership positions across the Netherlands and Europe.
In his latter role at CBRE, Kroeze served as Head of Project Management – the business unit that merged with Turner & Townsend last year. Under the combined banner, Turner & Townsend now employs around 280 people in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The consulting firm provides end-to-end advisory and delivery support for large and complex projects and programmes. Its services include consultancy around construction and real estate, project management, cost management, commercial management, project control, and risk management.

Growth is central to Kroeze’s strategic priorities. “We aim to further strengthen our position as a leading player in the technical consultancy market. Our focus areas include expanding our presence in fast-growing segments such as data centres, energy, and infrastructure, enhancing our services for real estate investors, and growing our occupier-focused real estate activities.”
Kroeze’s predecessor, Luke Bartolo, remains with Turner & Townsend, moving into a new European leadership role within the Occupier & Retail division.
