Detecon appoints Säde Thomkins as new Chief Human Resources Officer
Global consulting firm Detecon has appointed Säde Thomkins as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her new role, Säde Thomkins will play a key leadership role in shaping the global HR strategy, talent development and organizational culture of the company. She also will be responsible for aligning people strategies with Detecon’s business goals, fostering innovation, diversity, and employee engagement across all international offices.
Headquartered in Germany, Detecon has more than 1.100 employees in 18 offices around the world. The company is an independent management consulting subsidiary within Deutsche Telekom.
Thomkins has been with Detecon for over eleven years, based out of Zurich. She previously was the Head of Human Resources for Switzerland and Austria. Before moving into HR leadership, she worked as a management consultant at Detecon, specializing in HR transformation and organizational change.
