Advyce & Company and PrexPartners adopt the Argon & Co brand
Argon & Co has brought two of its acquisitions in the German market – Advyce & Company and PrexPartners – under its own brand.
Advyce & Company, which joined Argon & Co in April 2025, is headquartered in Munich, with additional offices in Düsseldorf, Mannheim and Zurich. The firm has a team of over 100 consultants working across the DACH region. Advyce & Company is a management consulting firm with expertise across automotive, industrial, energy and utilities, and financial services.
PrexPartners, which joined Argon & Co in September 2024, is a procurement consultancy with over 20 consultants operating across Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Established in 2012, PrexPartners has expertise in procurement excellence, procurement-as-a-service and specialist procurement services.
According to the leaders of the two acquired companies, adopting the Argon & Co brand will create clear benefits for both parties.
