Turner & Townsend names Alexandra Lundberg as Head of Building Consultancy in Sweden
Global project management company Turner & Townsend has named Alexandra Lundberg as Head of Building Consultancy in its Swedish business.
A trained architect from Lund University, Alexandra Lundberg brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector to Turner & Townsend. She joins the firm from Drees & Sommer, where she served as Head of its Real Estate Advisory practice in the Swedish market. Earlier, she worked for engineering group WSP and energy group Vattenfall, among others.
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience as a developer and architect in infrastructure, new build and real estate projects. In recent years, she specialized in the real estate segment: “Real estate has always been close to my heart – it is in restoration that we create new value from the old.”
Lundberg has expertise in technical due diligence, project development, property development and design. She works for clients in both the public and private sectors.
At Turner & Townsend, Lundberg will re-establish and expand the firm’s building consultancy business. According to Nima Aase, Managing Director for Scandinavia, this is a strategic move that will enable the firm to deliver an end-to-end offering in the real estate landscape.
“With Alexandra on board, we will now be able to contribute throughout the entire project cycle, from early stages through implementation to technical due diligence and transaction execution,” said Aase. “We can provide advisory services for private, public and municipal stakeholders with property operations related to residential, commercial, industrial or community properties.”
Worldwide, Turner & Townsend has over 22,000 people operating in 60 countries. The consultancy, an independent subsidiary of CBRE and headquartered in the UK, provides advisory and delivery support for large and complex projects and programmes.
