KPMG and PSA Consulting join Deltek's partner network in Nordics
The consulting arm of KPMG and Norway’s PSA Consulting have been admitted into the partner programme of Deltek, one of the globe’s leading providers of enterprise software and solutions for project-based businesses. The partnership focuses on consulting and implementation services in the Norwegian market.
US headquartered Deltek has over 22,000 client organisations in 80+ countries that are using its suite of products and solutions, including dozens in Norway. To support the implementation of Deltek’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and Talent Management (TM) solutions in the Nordic country, which are purpose-built for project-centric organisations such as law and consulting firms, the company established a partner programme. “Deltek’s goal is to provide the industry’s best business partner experience resulting in best-in-class services and solutions for our customers,” writes the ERP giant on its site.
Companies running Deltek’s ERP, PPM and/or TM in turn benefit from the “unique capabilities” and “demonstrated track record” of consulting firms, technology players or system integrators that qualify as a partner. “Enhancing the level of service and expertise delivered to our growing customer base has always been a priority for Deltek, to ensure maximum return on their investment, and that the solutions are ready to meet the demands of their business now and in the future,” said Stefan Grahn, Vice President Nordics at Deltek.
Two new partners in Norway
The latest partners to join Deltek’s ranks are KPMG and PSA Consulting – both with a focus on engagements in the Norwegian market. Grahn: “I am very pleased to announce the strategic alliances with KPMG and PSA Consulting. The partnerships will enhance the level of service and expertise that Deltek clients experience during and after systems implementation, in a period when face a rapidly transforming industry.” Among the pressures faced by project-based businesses are changing demands from their own clients, margin pressures, and an increasingly digital agenda.
With approximately 1,000 employees in Norway, KPMG is one the country’s four largest audit, tax and advisory providers. The partnership with Deltek falls under the mandate of its Technology practice within Advisory. Rune Skjelvan, KPMG’s Head of Advisory in Norways, explained, “Deltek successfully specialises exclusively in solutions for project-centric organisations. This focus means Deltek, like KPMG, truly understand clients and offer proven solutions and expertise that deliver value. We look forward to working together with more Deltek clients to support their digital transformation projects and future growth.”
PSA Consulting, which is based in Oslo, delivers consultancy and IT delivery services to project and competence based companies in the Nordics. Martin Flatsetø, the firm’s Managing Director, said that he looks forward to continuing its close work with Deltek’s clients, helping them get even more value out of their ERP solutions.
Both KPMG and PSA Consulting will support Deltek clients with the implementation of ERP and TM solutions. The two consultancies will in addition provide complementary advisory services in areas such as digital transformation leadership, change management and integration to assist with the deployment of the new way of working.
Globally, Deltek has over 100 qualified partners in its partner programme, including the likes of Baker Tilly, BDO, IBM, McGladrey, Microsoft, Tableau, and InfoTek Consulting, which two months ago was one of the six partners to win a Deltek Project Excellence Awards.
