Global consulting firm Duff & Phelps has appointed ten new managing directors in Europe, as part of over 30 managing director promotions globally.

De Cremiers is part of the Valuation Advisory Services practice, with responsibility for overseeing portfolio valuations services in France. He has over 16 years of financial advisory experience and specialises in market-to-market valuations across diverse portfolios of illiquid and privately held securities.
Soufiane Qassimi, Valuation Advisory Services
Qassimi is part of the Valuation Advisory Services practice. He performs and supervises valuations for financial reporting, tax and transactional purposes and has extensive experience in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and employee incentive schemes.
Hannah Rossiter, Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes
Rossiter leads the Compliance and Regulatory Consulting services in France and has over 25 years of experience with extensive financial services, regulatory and compliance expertise gained both in London and Paris. She has spent the past 20 years in France working within or advising investment firms and asset managers.

Nolan is part of the Secondary Market Advisory practice. He focuses on intermediating secondary transactions in the alternative investment space. Dan specialises in secondary market transactions in illiquid limited partnership interests, across private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds, and has overseen $2 billion of secondary transactions with clients in Asia, Europe and the US.
Kristina Isert, Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes
Isert is the Global Head of Sales in the Compliance Risk and Diligence practice, assuming direct management for commercial strategy in North America and Europe. She will also play a major role in the coordination of business development efforts across service lines for key corporate clients, with a particular focus within EMEA.

Nash is part of the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice and has over 20 years of experience in leading complex, cross-border government-focused corruption investigations and leading anti-corruption compliance reviews for a wide range of clients. He has worked across several industries with specific expertise helping clients operating in the life sciences, oil and gas, and mining sectors.

Peters is part of the Cyber Risk practice and has over 20 years of experience leading transformative information technology and security projects for the UK government and Global 500.
William Rimington, Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes
Rimington is part of the Cyber Risk practice with 20 years of experience in technology, risk and cyber security. He specialises in technical security testing and has significant experience leading security reviews for organisations and communicating current cybersecurity issues to senior executive teams.
