Kearney adds two partners to its team in Switzerland
Global strategic operations consultancy Kearney has appointed two new partners in Switzerland.
The new partners are part of a global intake of 31 new partners worldwide, the majority of which are in the United States and Europe. In Switzerland, which is overseen by Kearney’s DACH business division, Victor Graf Dijon von Monteton and Christof Ledermann both have been admitted into the partnership of the Zurich office.
Count Victor Dijon von Monteton has been with Kearney since 2010 when he joined as an Associate. He has over the years built a specialisation in delivering large-scale transformation projects for multinational companies in the consumer goods industry. The 36-year-old focuses on growth programs in particular in the digital, marketing and sales domains, as well as strategic purchasing and cost optimisation in procurement.
Christof Ledermann has been with Kearney since 2006, having previously joined from ABB and Airbus, where he worked as an engineer. The 44-year-old specialises in transformation projects in the energy sector. His focus is on strategy & organisation, growth and efficiency programs. Ledermann serves global international energy groups as well as regional and municipal energy providers.
Commenting on the promotions, Martin Eisenhut, Managing Director of Kearney for Germany, Austria & Switzerland, said: “For us, Switzerland is a key market that continues to grow in importance. We are very pleased that we are strengthening our office in Zurich with two new partners. Both are long-standing Kearney experts and can build on deep networks in the Swiss corporate world.”
