Trio of senior Strategy& advisors join Kearney in France
The French arm of Kearney has snapped up a trio of seniors from rival Strategy& in France, welcoming Vincent Barbat (partner), Marc Helfgott (partner) and Filip Bourée (principal) to its team.
All three join Kearney’s Retail & Consumer Goods practice, and bring over fifty years of combined experience in strategy and management consulting to the firm. “This is excellent news for us, and cements our position as a leader in France’s retail and consumer goods industry,” said Nicolas Lioliakis, an ex-Bain and Oliver Wyman partner who leads Kearney’s French operations.
Vincent Barbat previously served Strategy& for five years. He was a partner at the firm and the leader of its retail, luxury & consumer goods offerings. He specialises in operations strategy and transformation, sourcing, customer experience, optimising distribution channels and sales force transformation.
Marc Helfgott spent the past four years with Strategy&, latterly as a director in its Paris office. He previously worked a decade for Capgemini Invent and Oliver Wyman. Filip Bourée started his career at PwC in its Advisory division, before transitioning to Strategy&. He latterly was a Director at PwC's strategic consultancy subsidiary.
The appointments continue a senior hiring spree at Kearney in France, following the recent hires of partners Cyrille Bender (ex-Bain) and Ravi-François Thillier (ex-Accenture Strategy). Meanwhile, the consultancy also promoted four into its partnership from within its own ranks.
Kearney is a nearly 100-year-old consulting firm, formerly known as A.T. Kearney. The consultancy – which specialises in strategic operations and management consulting – has around 3,500 consultants and staff worldwide generating to the tune of $1.4 billion in revenues.
