Europe's top companies for career growth and development
Business networking platform has released its largest analysis of top employers in Europe to date, analysing millions of data points to present the top 25 best companies to work for in six countries.
Now in its fifth year, LinkedIn’s ‘Top Companies’ list ranks the 25 best workplaces in a country. Launched in the US and a few European countries, the ranking has this year been expanded into several markets, including Holland and Spain.
The analysis uses big data from its own platform to assess companies on seven key pillars, each revealing an important element of workplace excellence and career progression: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background.
“It’s important to find a workplace that will allow you to advance your ability, grow your skills, and that encourages diversity,” stated LinkedIn in its release. “The top companies in Europe focus on creating great career opportunities with flexibility in the workplace.”
As per its researchers, the list aims to “serve as a go-to resource for professionals at every stage, from those who are looking to get back on their feet after an unprecedented year, to those who are ready to make the next step in their career journey.”
Among the 150 top employers named in the continent are several well-known, large consulting firms. Accenture found its way to the lists of several countries, and so did the Big Four of Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC. Meanwhile, Capgemini and Atos landed a top 25 spot in home market France, and in a number of other lists.
