Global strategy consulting firm Arthur D. Little has welcomed four new partners to its European partnership over the past three months, across its offices in France, Germany and Spain.

In France, Amaury Klossa has joined the consulting firm as a partner and head of its Energy & Utilities practice. Based out of the firm’s Paris office, Klossa is also a core member of the Strategy & Organization practice, drawing on his 25 years of experience of working in consulting, corporate finance and investment at both multinationals and start-ups.

Klossa joins the firm from strategic consultancy Emerton, where he was a partner and head of the Energy & Environment practice. Prior to that, he worked at consultancies Advancy and Mars & Co focused on clients in the utility & environment and heavy industry sectors. Previously, he worked at a digital start-up and in the corporate finance wings of Banque Paribas and Credit Lyonnais.

Amaury Klossa, Dominique Trancart, Raimundo Cisneros and Florian Forst

Dominique Trancart has joined the Paris office as a partner in its Automotive and Manufacturing practices. He focuses mainly on clients in the automotive and mobility, building materials and construction sectors, as well as on tech industries and services.

He brings over a decade of experience in the strategy consulting industry to the firm. Having started his career at Arthur D. Little, Trancart went on to work for Kearney, Roland Berger, Boston Consulting Group, and most recently McKinsey & Company. His track record: strategy, innovation, mergers & acquisitions, organisation, performance improvement and governance related projects for corporates and private equity owned companies.

Meanwhile, in Spain, Raimundo Cisneros has been named a partner in Arthur D. Little’s Technology & Innovation Management practice. He brings a background in software and platforms, high-tech, and media and entertainment to the firm, and is based out of its Madrid office.

Cisneros previously spent seventeen years at Accenture, latterly serving as Managing Director of its Iberian Tech Strategy Practice. During his career at the firm, he specialised in advising companies on how to improve their customer experience, sales conversion rates and ramp up their brand loyalty – with disruptive technology at the core. He started his career as a Business Analyst at market research company Futuresource Consulting.

In Germany, Florian Forst has joined the company as a partner and head of the Financial Services practice for Central Europe. Based in Munich, Forst has over two decades of experience advising financial services executives and decision makers in strategy, organisation and change.

A lawyer by training, Forst started his career with McKinsey & Company in 2000, supporting leaders of financial institutions across Europe and the UK. In 2007 he moved to UniCredit Group, where he developed and led the inhouse consulting unit. The past four plus years he worked at zeb consulting, a German consultancy dedicated to the financial services sector, where he was a partner.
