Marc-Jan Reumers takes the reins of Kearney in the Benelux
Global strategic consultancy Kearney has a new regional leader in the Benelux: Marc-Jan Reumers.
The new Managing Partner of the Benelux offices has been with the strategy consulting firm for over thirteen years, having joined Kearney from TNT in 2008 (back then A.T. Kearney). In his new role, he leads a team of over 120 partners and consultants working across offices in Amsterdam and Brussels.
“I am confident that Marc-Jan will continue to drive our business expansion in Belgium and the Netherlands, building on the successful foundation created by our Benelux team,” commented Geir Olsen, an ex-McKinsey and BCG man who has been leading Kearney’s European footprint for the past three years.
Reumers is a partner in the Amsterdam office and a member of the Financial Services practice. He specialises in helping clients with strategy, designing and delivering large-scale transformation programs, digital transformation, and organisational and operating model design.
His predecessor, Jurgen van Weegen, was also based in Amsterdam. He held the role for over four years and passes on the baton as part of Kearney’s regular office leadership rotation process. Van Weegen has been with Kearney for over two decades across two spells, and works mostly for clients in the financial services landscape on topics including strategy, organisation and governance and digital.
“As Marc-Jan takes the reins, I take this opportunity to thank Jurgen for his outstanding #leadership over the past years and for propelling the Benelux unit to where it stands now. Jurgen will continue as passionate as always in his work with our teams and clients,” said Olsen.
Earlier this summer, Delphine Bourrilly took the reins of Kearney’s French organisation.
