Cylad Consulting launches Geneva office, 2nd in Switzerland
Cylad Consulting has launched a new office in Geneva, adding a hub in the French-speaking part of Switzerland to its existing presence in Zurich.
Founded in 2007, Cylad Consulting is a French management consulting firm specialised in strategy, business transformation and operational excellence in industrial sectors. The consultancy supports both industrial enterprises and SMEs, particularly in the aerospace & defense, pharmaceutical, energy, electronics, and transportation sectors.
Having been active in Zurich for “many years”, Cylad Consulting has now picked the city for its seventh office worldwide. “This move is part of our international growth strategy,” said Sébastien Chaussoy, one of the firm’s two co-fouders.
Meanwhile, for the Swiss team, the new hub extends its footprint to serve clients of all backgrounds. “Our objective is to continue to build long-lasting and strong partnerships with our clients. We can now work in French alongside German and English, enabling us to develop our activities in all parts of the country,” said Bruno Glaus, a partner in the new Zurich office.
Glaus added that Cylad Consulting anticipates growing demand for its services, in particular from industrial segments that are undergoing rapid growth but also change.
Supporting its classical model of management consultancy services, Cylad Consulting can also tap into an on-demand interim management offering which it inherited from the 2020 acquisition of Switzerland-based Seestatt Consulting & Interim Management.
Cylad Consulting’s offices outside of Switzerland are in Paris and Toulouse in France, Hamburg in Germany, Adelaide in Australia, and Montreal in Canada. Across its footprint, the consulting firm has around 150 employees.
“This new office in Geneva is a major milestone for Cylad Consulting. It will help us expand our support to companies in the DACH region and bring together players in the region’s strong industrial ecosystem,” said Olivier Paget, a partner in the firm’s Paris headquarters.
